Diet Shake

I have discovered a great diet shake… the Visalus Vi-Shape weight loss shake that is not only delicious but healthy for you too! I have seen for myself how well it works. A friend of mine lost 3 inches from his waist from 36″ to 33″. I have personally been using it for only about one month now starting about the first week in December and I’ve lost 3 pounds already. That may not sound like much, but if you consider I am only drinking 1 shake a day, I did not exercise at all in December, and I pretty much pigged out the whole month at holiday get togethers, parties, etc.
My goal is to lose 20 pounds, so at this rate, I should lose the rest in about 5 months if I keep doing what I am doing. I know I will start exercising more in the warmer months, so I’ll probably lose it even faster. your activity, sleep patterns, meals, etc, it will also alert you when you have been inactive for a long period of time. It’s your own personal little fitness coach that keeps you from getting too lazy!
